INDUCTION FORGING
Forging is an industrial production process of transformation by plastic deformation of metal parts with varying cuts, generally taken to a high temperature (above the recrystallisation temperature) and then processed with repeated strokes of a mallet or forging press, which permanently changes the shape of the part, without leading to its breakage. The use of induction heating to bring the material to a suitable temperature to then be forged is a system that enables quick heating with high uniformity, precision and process repeatability.
